Wish I had known about this sooner. Waiting in line for the deli is such a drag, this make it so much easier. My only complaint is that when you start an order, it automatically locks in your pick up time. If you take too long adding items, when you go to check out it says that time slot is no longer available and the app won't let you change times (bug). So you basically have to start over, race to finish with a later slot.

It seems like it's going to be a great app because you can order what you want, slicing thickness, etc, but the push notifications suck. When you click on it it just opens to the app with no info. I could see the push note said "your order has been modified" but when I tapped it so I saw was my order. I picked up my order and found out no liverwurst. No option to substitute was offered. Also, I opted to be notified by text and email and got nothing. What works works well. What doesn't, sucks

The app works great, unfortunately the app goes hand in hand with the service it provides, meaning it depends entirely on how good your local ShopRite is. I've ordered through this app with no problems, only to have my order stolen at the store before getting there. Orders are left in a separate fridge for pickup but nothing tells other patrons to only take orders with THEIR name on it. When I told the store, no action was taken. Won't be using this service anymore.
