Don't need it, don't want it, pissed that I can't remove it. One more garbage bloatware app that no one would install on by choice. Very disappointed with OnePlus. Let me control MY device, or the next one will be another brand. If I can't do what I want without bloatware, I may as well buy a Samsung for the sake of compatibility and the incredible array of accessories.

After the update, the sound is coming out a bit high-pitched, and the music and vocals don’t feel balanced on my OnePlus Buds 4. Earlier, they were working perfectly fine. Please look into this.

This is bloatware. no one wants a second level of interference between their earbuds and whatever app they are trying to listen to. This app is completely useless and just creates an extra potential failure point between your earbuds and whatever you are trying to listen to.
