Originally a big fan, I've finally have given up on this service & uninstalled the app in frustration. Since its launch, the app seems to have had an ever increasing range of malfunctions, and more importantly, their supporting customer service seems to be going seriously downhill. The other day, I submitted a prepaid order that wasn't confirmed for 20+ mins. Yindii then ignored my online msg requests for help for another 20 minutes. Finally I msgd them to cancel the order, which they ignored.

The previous version is much easier to use as it allows user to see everything at once. The images were bigger and manipulation is easier. The current version is not user friendly despite the enhancements. The map gets in the way when I want to scroll down the list of available food items. The salads appear under the meals tab but not under the greens tab. The notification also doesn't always work. Can be quite frustrating.

Update: Jul: Someone manning the whatsapp support finally figured out the issue. and the app now works. . Does not allows you to proceed with payment even after pressing it many times. whenever you add to cart, the item disappears and goes back to the browsing page. customer support unable to resolve the issue.
