Nice theory, but the information is unreliable. Most orders the app had any info on have had the wrong estimated delivery date and/or never show as delivered in the app even weeks after I have received the package. IF the information were correct, this might be a useful app because I can get tracking numbers from several sellers in one place. But currently I still have to use those tracking number links to look up the correct info on FedEx, UPS, etc.

The fact that the company, for more than two years now, can't just put in "If it's McDonald's, don't track" It's kind of sad at this rate. For those don't understand what I mean, this app will auto add things to your tracking, but it adds things that aren't shipped way too often. No matter how often you choose to ignore these things or report them or anything there is no progress made. What does that mean? It means they're not listening to their own report system.

The lines that show where it has been can be inaccurate and where the lines end can be in the middle of nowhere so it makes it hard to find to a lost package. I feel like the ETA when you click on your package could be improved because Route doesn't tell you, but then you click you tracking number then USPS tells you just a minor porting of information problem that's all.
