Audio problems galore, sometimes you'll here the game, somtimes you won't, sometimes you'll hear every other word. The good part is that when the sound goes out it does it for the ads too. The same can be said for video feed that freezes, it happens during the event and ads. Obviously in a hurry to get this out before football season, but it's far from a finished product. I'd be embarrassed to put my name on something this half assed.

there is bugs. a lot of bugs. it's always been that way not just the new version of this app. if you want to watch a 10 second highlight you have to watch a 30 second ad first. for being the "world wide leader in sports" the apps interface and ability to find stuff is really poor. but the thing is about a monopoly there is no alternative so we just have to deal with it because where else are we gonna go for all the sports content we need. that's their excuse for a mediocre product for $30...

When the app works, it's fine, but when it doesn't, and it doesn't always because you have to now link some of your info to other companies for it to work, it's terrible because customer support is awful. I called support 3 times and each time the agent had a different explanation. After searching online I found the issue, and as it turns out, none of the 3 agents were even close to correct.
