My order arrived. I'm satisfied with the products. I went and set a new order, which went through but once again, there's no confirmation email. And for some reason I now am not able to log into the app. Please help.

The app is great, its a nice little app. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the customer service is horrendous. Ive sent emails and DMs on social media receiving no reply back. Been going on a whole week now and still no reply.

I'm sold! I wanted to try this in an effort to drink more water and it's so good. I bought the kit and just went back for more and joined the monthly club.
