Disney + is the glitchiest streaming service ever. I've had so many days unable to do anything because I've spent the entire day, sometimes multiple days, trying to fix Disney +. even customer service is useless because they don't know anything and can't access anything. If their shows and movies were available elsewhere, I would get rid of Disney + in a heartbeat. Even paying for commercial free, still has commercials occasionally. Extremely disappointed.

Hello! Sorry for the trouble. To resolve the issue, please test your Wi-Fi connection by referring to the article titled (Internet connection tests) on the Disney+ help site. If needed, reset your router. After that, relaunch the app and ensure its updated. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us via chat or call 1-888-905-7888.

So many issues. The layout is horrible. The app gives random error messages while browsing, streaming, and watching. Sometimes it continues with what you are doing, sometimes it goes back to the homescreen when an error message pops up. It now refuses to fully connect to Chromecast (I've tried multiple gens and devices). The Disney logo, and the annoying chime, will cast for a minute, then it disconnects with error message. Not calling tech support again; I haven't got 2 hours to waste.

Doesn't seem to matter what device you're using it on, phone, native television app, streaming device, it's complete garbage. Constant "unable to connect" or "Internet not available" messages when every other app works perfectly fine. Video will pause for at least 30 seconds and then fast-forward that entire time in 3 or 4 seconds without audio so you can't actually watch anything.
