Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Fantastic app, intuitive & reliable. I've used it across both Asian and European destinations & it's a brand I genuinely trust. I especially appreciated the swift refund process when I couldn’t collect my SIM card at Incheon Airport due to a flight delay and the kiosk being closed. My cancellation was handled immediately which really impressed me. I also accidentally booked five Shinkansen tickets to the wrong destination & once again, the refund was processed straight away.

Just had a frustrating experience with Klook. Booked a bus ticket going from Tokyo to Mt. Fujii vv., they take a lot of time confirming it, I asked for help on support, they confirmed my booking for Mt. Fuji to Tokyo, but cancelled my booking from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji. How am i supposed to ride my booking from Mt. Fuji if you have cancelled my Tokyo to Mt. Fuji booking? What a waste of time and money, since I won't get a full refund if I cancel it. Just now they cancelled it without my consent.
