The app is good since it shows which aisle and bay and item is. Besides that, the ux is terrible. It forces me to log in weekly. Products take 20 seconds to load from search. Prices take another 20 seconds to fill. Store mode doesn't default to "In stock in store today" so that's another load cycle. The UI freezes frequently. App requires updates every 2 months or artificially stops until you update. All on a flagship Android device. The Lowe's app is way faster and helps me find what I need

This app is so painfully slow even with my S25 Ultra. Terrible. It is helpful to find the exact aisle location of a item in the store and how many they have. Knowing something's in stock before you go is great. If it's not in stock you can find other stores where it is. The price scanner is useful when there's no marked price. Seriously, the speed needs major work. It's frustrating when you're in store. Unfortunately, it's been that way for literally years now. Years. So don't hold your breath.

Seriously the worst shopping app for any large retailer that I (attempt to) use on an ongoing basis. It's faster to drive to HD or just open the competition's app and use it. It's been ridiculously slow, laggy, crashing, etc for years. I just do not get it - it's like they don't want me to spend money or search inventory online. Trying to use mobile web just sends you back to the crashes app.
