Not impressed so far, but I paid for a membership so I'll give it more chances. So far it has twice sent me to the same bar in a hotel, most recently next to where a major sporting event was starting at the same time (i.e. difficult to get to, so half the table was late), and most of the people already knew each other, which seems to totally defeat the app's reason for being. And it seems to have ignored my price preferences for dinner.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We're sorry your experience hasn’t met expectations so far. Venue repetition, price mismatches, and seating with people who already know each other shouldn’t happen, but we are constantly detailing and fixing these mistakes! The experience is good and you meet a lot of great people, but sadly no one ever actually responds to the survey after dinner, which turns out in limited connections. I recommend getting people's contacts after dinner if you really connected with them. However, the app is currently unusable because it keeps signing me out, and I get a weird bug where I can't send feedback ('feedback_error').

App is pretty minimal and if you need any support or have questions about the program there's no support. Apparently there's a WhatsApp group they invite you to after you've gone to dinner so you can meet more people? I've been to two dinners and never got invited to that. Both dinners had people flake and I only met one person (other people were already friends I knew outside of the dinners).
