Remember when instagram showed you people you followed in chronoligical order, didn't attempt to prey on media addiction, you could curate a profile to look at only art without a bunch of ads and shorts distracting you? It's like that. Like when that app was good and ethical, and catered specifically towards humans making art. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that it sometimes has server issues. I don't mind though. I like not feeling addicted to my phone.

Love how easy it is to use this app. Everyone here pretty much is in agreement when it comes to genAI. I enjoy that people can set up their pages to prioritize whether or not to show off their portfolio or timeline to others who click to see their page! I just feel like I wish more ppl on here commented more on art posts. I'll see posts that have hella likes and reposts but 0 comments! But discussion posts do get a lot of engagements as well. It's just a bit weird. Not Cara's fault tho lol

I see some great stuff on here but my problem is the variety. No offense to these people but most of the content that I see is furry/anime drawings. I have no problem with this content being on the app but I do wish we had the ability to control what posts we see or what gets recommended. The main reason I'd use an app like this is as an alternative to Instagram where I can scroll and not be distracted by content I'm not interested in but it's not really working like that for me.
