Credit Union 1 Mobile Banking

It has multiple issues. My biggest pet peeve on this app is that I can't see the charges on my credit card without having to navigate away from the app. And of course when the online page opens up the words are so tiny I have to change the setting on my phone to enlarge the font. There are overlapping options like "chat" with an agent and the options ribbon at the bottom. I do like that it no longer looks like it was made in the 90's.

The app works fairly well. It can be a little slow and spins when initially opening, but it operates better after the login. It would be nice if developers would add images to transactions like many other banks, like Cap One Discover, and Zynlo banks are doing. On another note, since joining CU1 last month, I'm comparing the notifications that are sent. Another potential improvement would be if the notifications could be shortened to have more bullet point information. They're long/wordy.

The app is all but useless to look at my credit card info. I am unable to download statements and can't use my password manager for logging into the card portion of it. Not sure why it was necessary to have a seperate site and login for the credit card portion. Everything works fine if I go to the credit union website instead of the app. I will likely uninstall it.
