it freezes up and I have to give the wrong answer and go back to fix it. Plus, I don't know if it's the same with other phones (I have a Pixel), the next and back buttons are too low so it's easy to hit the navigation buttons on my phone. Also, I wish it would autofill name and birthdate. I only use it because it's easier than doing it onsite. It definitely can stand to be improved.

Overall it's good. The UI needs a little improvement. Specifically when you go to do the RapidPass and you're asked to enter your DOB 1) I shouldn't have to type the slashes between MM/DD/YYYY, they should auto-fill 2) my phone's keyboard should automatically go into number entry mode and 3) currently at least on my phone (Pixel 6), the field I'm typing into is obscured by my keyboard, so if I make a typo it's not obvious.

Most of the features are awesome, but there is still a lot of clunkiness. They had trouble with rapid passes being unavailable without cell service.... fixed that and created a new problem with donor cards being unavailable. The 'smart scheduling' that is based on your last appointment doesn't account for having given blood on day of, despite the app having access to that appointment. Solvable with 'Were you able to give today?' The in-app scheduling is clunky overall.
