The app isn't very good, like at all. It doesn't recognize the products on the receipt half the time & when I email in my digital ones, I may be wrong for assuming it's being manually reviewed, but whether it is or not, they still don't recognize the products listed! Like, WHAT?! It's actually annoying having to reach out for missing box tops after every receipt cause they constantly miss stuff! Was never this bad until June, I feel. Ugh. I'll update my rating when they fix this disaster of app.

The past several times I have scanned my receipts, it comes back nothing found. Today I purchased Chex mix and my receipt clearly shows Chex mix on it. Yet when I scan it says nothing found. Finally had enough and deleted the app! I will donate directly to my grandchildren's school from now on! I am well aware of how to claim missed items. BUT when I have to do that EVERY TIME, that is where I draw the line. I don't have time to stop and scan the item(s).

Hi Bonnie, we are sincerely sorry that the app didn't recognize your Chex mix purchase. We recommend using the Contact Us feature in the app to submit missed earnings as this provides our support team with all the details they need. Our customer service team reviews every missed earnings claim and will help get the credit to your chosen school.

I was really excited to try this app, but ive not been able to claim rewards. first reward finally showed up on PayPal, but unknown error kept it from going through. No one can resolve it so it will expire. Additional earnings do not show up and cant be claimed. How do the schools benefit? I've reached out to support twice with no response. This has not worked for me so I'm uninstalling.
