have to constantly sign in, many times simply switching to another app logs you out. not very helpful when you're in the middle of entering information. biometric login does not work. electing "remember me" does nothing... internally the app seems ok and simple to navigate, but very frustrating getting logged out constantly.

Worke good, but after I made my first payment, that did go through. Now, the app is just a blank white page with nothing on it. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, same thing! I will also say that I was very unhappy with them not locking the rate when they did my first estimate and waited 3 days before closing to tell me it went up and needed to lock my rate and it cost me another point on interest. Yes lots of phone calls to sell you insurance and other services. But not who I needed to talk to!

This app was absolutely phenomenal to use. I have 4 kids and a husband so using the app, text and email features was so much easier than trying to do things over the phone. Plus checking in gave me piece of mind and I was able to do the to do list at my pace which was definitely as soon as it was listed in the app to do lol. My team was incredible to work with especially when snags came along they were right there to walk me through and reassure me.
